The generosity of WFO’s members made a quantum leap this past year. Our first ever birdathon was a great success, bringing in $32,000. Then Ron Mallory’s challenge has so far brought in another $10,000, a figure still growing. The challenge is open until 15 May 2022, at which time Ron will match the final number. Thus even with inflation spiking and the covid-19 pandemic dragging on, WFO is in a strong position to sustain and even expand our publications and programs.
